15 per hour
allowance 15 mins then if mag sobra 15 mins counted as 1 hour already
store close at 7pm, 6 players to let it extend until 9 pm
nag dugang na to kami lights kay daw dulum gd, drinks likely ara na tom, food to follow

may possibility pa nga ma lower ang usage per hour sa gamers lounge?
would you consider some suggestions for it?
kay actually ang iban nga mga players wala man naga hampang kag spectators lang aka mga meron.
kag kun gahampang kami indi na kami time conscious hehehe
we would like to ask special consideration as your regular gamers.

suggestion 1:
membership access. the playgroup(as a whole) pays a certain fixed amount(good for 1 month) for everyone's access to the lounge. we will provide a list of L5R players allowed. Non-L5R players are not included to this access. they could have their own system. food and drinks not included.

suggestion 2:
combo-snack entrance. players pay for food and drinks(from your store) and they get to access the players area. daw naging snack bar/tambayan combo. not only open to us but also to all gamers. pwede man sa students para ma expose man sila sa gaming and be part of the grander scheme (im so evil)

kun mag closing na ang store kag gusto sang players mag extend, you could charge for some additional fee on the spot.

i'll just ask for the opinion/ suggestion/reaction sang playgroup members para everybody happy ah

open man ang gamer's lounge to all species of gamers right?
if yes, that would be good.
i'm not quite sure of this pero there might be other gaming groups(warcraft, M:tG, Yugi-oh, miniatures, etc..) that might also be interested in using the gamers lounge.
but i hope we get "the favor" for the usage

Yes, Master Mike! We really appreciate it nga sang una pa lang nga wala pa napatindog ang new CD_Magic, you're been open minded about your policies, even going so far as asking our opinions/suggestions about how it should be, etc, etc.

It's too bad wala man kami may na offer much by way of opinion because this is also all very new to us. but just like playtesting decks, now that we've had our "beta testing" kumbaga, hehehe, i guess both CD_Magic can now make adjustments based on its overhead and the players can also suggest based from the player's perspective.

Thank you gid sa inyo ni Stephen (naka register gid man si Stephen di? what's his username?) for being open to us. Hope you will think about how these suggestions may or may not work for your store, master cheif!

p.s. ang mga dayaon nga players pwede mo ma chargan extra. Ok lang na. Pwera lang kung ako, kay accredited friends ta ya

la ko balo cya ah , for play access pwede na, i am thinking if 200 ok lng cnyo? 200 per month, store hour access nyo, then 7 up 15 per hour until 9 pm, 6 player to extend, ang indi pa member law ay! joke, ang indi member 15 per hour lng gyapon... ayos?

Personally, I'm OK with the 200 for a month fee. It is not that taxing to all parties concerned to shed that much koku for the love of the game and gaming in general. It is also good that CD-Magic is open to all forms of gamers. It would, like Master Greg said, be a good way to expose other players to the game and possibly sway them into joining in. (Read: It is an elaborate plot to gain new players and customers for the playgroup and CD-Magic respectively.) I commend Master Greg for bringing his thoughts on the topic out. :claps hands:

And to the playgroup, the 200 fee is not that much if you consider the fact that we can use CD-Magic as a tournament ground when we need it. We can also use the establishment in question for other games we play, conduct Satanic rituals, and to pick up underage hotties.

Regarding the food and drinks to be served, do you have an official food tester in your employ Master Mike? Hehehe! Seriously though, what will CD-Magic be offering? Being very close to a Catholic school, is the availability of alchohol questionable? I think it wont be a problem if we abide to the "No alcohol to minors" and the "No minors allowed during class hours" edicts.

Will the game area be smoker friendly? And if it would be, will you be selling cigarettes too?

What else did I not think of yet? Hmmm. . . OH! Will there be almost naked dancing girls when the store closes? LOL!

if the p200 is for the entire group, i would say it's a deal;
if the p200 is per player, i have to consult the group.

regarding tournaments, we also have special price for that, i think 400 for the whole sunday pm for a tournament ok naman na guru?

sa smoking naman as of now we are thinking na no smoking kay ti basi ang iban na magamit sa babaw basi mag likramo bala or something, and sa liqour wla guru, soft drinks lng, juice and bottled water, ga think pa kami coffee, sa food, tinapay chichiria and maybe ready to cook noodles..

for the meantime na not decided pa ta sa rate same lng anay gyapon...

i have to hear everyone's opinion on this one first.

the usual registration for our tournies is p100-150 (usually snacks included) so in that case wherein there's a fixed amount for rental we might not have enough for prize support unless registration is increased.
