from Case (currently best L5R player from sheer number of finals and top 4 positions in kotei) sample basic lion build with CE cards using Central Castle stronghold for card advantage and discard 3 Shunran Shigetoshi 3 Shunori 3 "4ph/paragon" 3 War encampment 3 Seppun Blade 3 Fubatsu Blade Heavenly Jomunji-Yori of the Lion Armor of the Ryu 3 Yarijutsu 3 A Warrior's Patience Keep in mind: this is a BAD deck so far, and it already has more kill and more card draw than probably half of the format. Lion is going to be the only military deck that constantly has a full hand, and this stronghold is more or less the reason why. For a beginning of arc box, it will simply be *that* good. |
